Great trail. The trailhead parking is on the South Carolina side of the river AFTER the bridge if you're coming from Clayton. You have to climb down the bank (not the easiest but definitely doable in several locations in this area) to reach the rocks. Overall it was great, just wish the map was a little more accurate in terms on mile markers. From this end of the Chattooga River Trail it isn't as difficult as the lower trailhead on Bull Pen Road due to the fact that you will be following the river down hill for the majority of the way.
